I just added the 4.1.2 DTD (docbook-dtd412-xml-1.0-2mdk.noarch.rpm) in
Mandrake Cooker, please tell me if it works for you (Works OK for me).
You will also need sgml-common and xml-common.

Other DTDs on demand.
