DOCBOOK: "How do I represent...?"

There seems to be a need for a compiled list of questions and answers
regarding representation of certain types of data. Examples would
include the recent message "Optional parameters in funcsynopses", and
I have a few of my own, like "How should I represent sensitivity
classifications in a document (public/private/etc)".

Does such a list exist? Certainly, it might overlap with the RFE
database, but items could be marked with the version(s) of DocBook to
which the workaround would apply.
