DOCBOOK: copyright notice

hi

i'd like to put a copyright notice on the 2nd page of the manual i'm
writing in docbook with docbook.dsl.

ie. after the title page and before the index.

everything i've tried so far hasn't worked.

can anyone point me in the right direction - a cut+paste so i can fill
in the relevant bits would be nice :oP hehe
