DOCBOOK: chunking the generated html output

hi there, I'm trying generate a set of html files instead of a single one,
using '4xslt book.xml $(docbook)/html/chunk.xsl' and I get the error message

Illegal Element "apply-imports" in XSLT Namespace (see XSLT Spec: 2.1).


Who is wrong ?
