Re: DOCBOOK: Numbers Appearing in TOC

Confound!

I've downloaded 1.64 and changed /etc/sgml to refer to
dsssl-stylesheets-1.64 but I'm still getting funny numbers in the pdf
backend. It's fixed on the HTML backend though...
