DOCBOOK: How to get rid of "List of Tables"?

Hi,

  How to get rid of "List of Tables" in a book with chapters, each
chapter has one table.

  I played with the *lot* in the following files but it just won't go away :(

/usr/local/share/sgml/dsssl/docbook/print/dblot.dsl
/usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/4.1/dbhier.mod
