DOCBOOK: partintroinfo ?

Hi,

Is there a reason why there is no <partintroinfo> element?
To me, the <partintro> element has the same semantic value as <chapter>
inside the <part> element, and it should deserve a <partintroinfo> as
<chapter> deserves a <chapterinfo>.
