DOCBOOK: trying to use docbook2html ... or just create html pages

According to this page http://www.caldera.de/~eric/crash-course/HTML/hello-world.html#AEN267 I 
should type "docbook2html myfile.docbook". Where do I get the "docbook2html" 
command from?

 

All I want to do is create html pages using 
docbook.

 

$ rpm -q docbook

docbook-3.1-7

$ rpm -q openjade

openjade-1.3-6

 

I just unzipped docbkx412.zip into my 
/usr/local/sgml/docbook/4.1.2 directory.

 

What else do I need and need to do?
