To all the elements that currently have '*info' children, I think the new 
"metainfo" object should be added as an alternative.  Then, after an XML 
Schema version of DocBook is available, the '*info' elements can be removed.

This approach preserves the potential for customization, while moving 
towards a unified mechanism for specifying block-level metadata that's 
context-free, by default.
