Re: DOCBOOK: RFE 514435: Nested reference markup

I can't think of any use for this at all, though obviously there's 
something I'm missing since somebody has a use for this. Would it be 
possible to provide a more complete, realistic example of where and 
why this would be used? i.e. one that uses actual text and references 
instead of foo?
