RE: DOCBOOK: Error parsing (viewing) DocBook's

I've only ever gotten IE + MSXML + the docbook xsls to work with a local
version of the DTD. No idea why it won't work with a url. It does seem
strange since IE is a web browser and all. Even when it does work, msxml
always feels a little shaky.
