DOCBOOK: SimpleList

Hi all,

I cannot get <simplelist> to work in PDF. In HTML everything works fine, but
Fop dies with errors about incomplete table specification unless I use
type="inline" (I want to use type="vert|horiz"). I tried more recent
versions of the stylesheets, but they don't seem to want to work with my Fop
version.

Any ideas? Is this a known bug/shortcoming?

I use java for all stages (xml->fo, fo->pdf) my stylesheets are 1.45, jdk
1.3.1, fop 0.20.2, docbook 4.1.2.
