It needs some tweaking but I use db2latex. Get the CVS snapshot at
www.sourceforge.net/projects/db2latex.
In Win32 I use XalanC + DB2LaTeX to get a .tex that I compile using
pdflatex (the latest MikTeX http://www.miktex.org, I think). Tables are
still buggy, but I thought it may be useful
