DOCBOOK: Re: RFE #473365: Allow optional in funcprototype

The DocBook TC proposes to close RFE #473356 by adding a new attribute to
paramdef:

  choice  (opt|req) #IMPLIED

With the processing expectation that the implicit value is 'req'.
