DOCBOOK: This list gated to gmane newserver

Looking at what lists are hosted by the mail-to-news server at gmane.org
I saw that this (and docbook-apps) were being archived there. gmane.org
has an publically readable newsbase.

Is this list (and docbook-apps) supposed to be there?
