You should not make assumptions.
I have a CVS client installed on my machine, and I know how to use it.
Nevertheless I think it would be great if there were a single-file
download. People aren't told to use a CVS client to get any of the other
file sets featured on the Files (download) page (unless they need a
between-releases version).
