I should point out that this public indentifier
"-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN" is for the SGML
version of the DTD, not the XML version.
You will probably run into other problems using
the SGML DTD with an XSLT processor.
Unless, of course, the reference resolves to
the XML version of the DTD.
