RE: [docbook] DocBook Technical Committee Meeting Minutes: 20 Aug 2003

We didn't discuss this explictitly, but I just checked the 4.3 DTD, and it
doesn't look like we've included any HTML elements except for the table
elements themselves (tr, td, th, etc.)  I would take this to mean that
caption will only include DocBook elements.
