[w3c schema] complexType book is abstract

Hello everyone,

I would like to use w3c schema but I can't find the correct declaration 
of my book to be able to validate my document (which is valid according 
to the DTD).

If someone can give me a <book></book> declaration that can be validate 
at http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv or with any other validator 
(open source if possible), it will be very appreciated. I do some test 
with xsi:schemaLocation=, other with xsi:noNameschemaLocation=, but 
nothing seems to work.
