because usually catalogs would help me out so the machine doesn't need to
fetch the xsl from sf.net (by the way, Norm's xsl files themselfs refer to
sf.net, so even if I wouldn't use my own wrappers, sf.net would be involved),
but for some time I have been working on a win32 box at work (with cygwin,
phew ;-) ), and I didn't manage to set up xml catalogs there yet.
