PDF Transformation and Tables

When transforming to PDF, table widths are often truncated.

dtd is 4.4b2, xsl is 1.67-2, IDE is oxygen 5.1 and FOP is apache.

Any advice on section indentation issues and tables as they relate to PDFs?
