If you are happy with current toolchain, there is no need for switch to
DocBook5.
You will have to switch to DocBook 5 only when there will be some new
feature (element) added to DocBook 5 which is important for you. But I
expect that many users, especially big users (like companies) will use
DocBook 4 for many many years since today.
