Getting Started.

I am just getting started into the world of Dockbook. 
I have some mainframe Bookmaster documents to convert to Docbook.  I have
used Bookmaster for many years, but I guess it’s time I moved forward. 
I have run the Bookmaster books through B2H and removed all of the “bugs”
B2H complained about.  Can anyone tell me the next steps to creating
PDFs?  What are the steps involved?  Are there other products that I
need.
