Mr. Dick Hamilton,
This is a good recommendation. I recently tried it vs. just scanning
the book I'm using. Unfortunately, MathML equations inside
literallayout do not render in the final xhtml. It is possible this
could be a browser problem, because Firefox 1.5.0.2 has some issues
with MathML that older versions don't.
