Docbook 5 the guide, expansion of elements documentation

Hi All,

I am trying to build a full book of the Docbook5 documentation, the only 
problem I seem to have is the list of elements/reference part. I think I 
need to somehow generate the elements list; references.xml wants to 
include a list-elements.xml, which is not there. Anybody has any pointers?
