Profiling question

Hello, can anybody tell me a way to do an 'inverse' condition in docbook. I
would like to add a para in all documents except a single one. The only way
I know is to do something like <para condition="c1;c3;c4;...c10"> but I
would prefer to use something like <para not-condition="c2">, because else I
would have to update the conditions in the document each time I add a new
'cN' to the list.
