hyphenation problem, undesirable wrapping after "-"

I have a problem with hyphenation.

The processor always wraps the phrase "Road-/Wind" after the "-" at the end of the line because "-" is the hyphenation symbol. 
Is there a possibility to make the processor not to do a line-break for this whole phrase (it would be interesting for similar phrases or words that should not to be wrapped too)? 

Defining this phrase in the hyphenation pattern does not help.
