The fate of localinfo on olink: should it stay or go?

In 5.0, the olink mechanism that used the targetdocent, linkmode
and localinfo attributes was removed in favor of the method that
uses targetdoc and targetptr.

As part of that change, the targetdocent and linkmode attributes
were also removed.  However, localinfo remained in the 5.0 spec.

The question for the list is: Is anyone using localinfo on olink
in a DocBook 5.0 application?

If you are, or if you anticipate using it, please respond to the
list.  If it's not being used, the Technical Committee will most
likely mark it obsolete and remove it in a future release.
