I had completely forgotten about DC Metadata. Yeah, makes sense if
you could attach that info to authors etc.

What is SC?
I'm a little in the dark as to the implications of this last
statement. Are you saying something more along the lines of, "Yep,
this sort of thing is in the works," or "Well, it's been tried, but
due process takes forever to achieve any turnaround"? (Or something
like neither of those?)
