Question about xml

Hi,

 

I have a question about xml. 

In HTML, a reference by anchor is « myfile.html#myref »
and points on an anchor :

<a name=myref >…</a>

 

How to obtain the same comportement with xml, pointing a
link to another part of a xml document ?
