    I know that
    
    editedby.enabled produces "
    
    Edited by"

    

    Is it possible to get the class of othercredit to produce
    other contributions:

    

    <class> by <name>

    

    For example:

    

    <othercredit class="translator">

      <personname>

           <firstname>John</firstname>

           <surname>Smith</surname>

         </personname>

    </othercredit>

    

    would produce Translated by: John Smith
