Cell phone and social media

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has already set up some good practise to manage number of cell phone aside the one of "classic" phone.

Somehow, accounts (pseudo) in social media (Tweeter, Skype...) can be treated as https://tdg.docbook.org/tdg/5.2/otheraddr.html with some attribute valued adequately...

In short, who has an experience ?
