Whilst no decision was taken as to participation or not, there was a forthcoming EMTEL meeting (30th August) which could consider this issue further and provide a response back to ITU as to the participation, or not, of ETSI at the workshop. In order to assist EMTEL TC, chaired by Ray Forbes, it would be useful to know if that the date by which ETSI will respond is acceptable, and to whom within the ITU the response, confirming ETSI involvement or not, should be made.
