FW: DSML 2.0 face-to-face

Winston Bumpus, Chris Harding and DIF have very kindly offered to host a
face-to-face DSML meeting. I think this is an excellent way to move forward.

The DSML meeting will be in Austin, Texas as part of the DIF meeting
scheduled for the week of July 16th. They have set aside the entire day of
Wednesday July 18th for this meeting.
