[dss-comment] DSS in Soap Messages

Hi,
	I am working on incoroprating digital signatures within soap
messages. I had downloaded some source files which i wasn't unable to run.
	But the problemis i am not able to find the jar containing the
following class files. The link given in the wesbite for these jar files
doesn't open.. 
	Thses class files were part of Soap -envelope.jar provided by IBM
TRL for processing Soap envelope.
		
	The classes start with the following package structure.
		com.ibm.trl.*
	
	I also heard that these APIs have been taken offline as Oasis has
come up with a new standard. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks in
