current and the forthcoming TC. Referencing or reissuing when
maintaining existing work ?

07-05-07-02: [Chairs] : Complete updating of the DSS web site / home
page before it is locked.

Ongoing (waiting for OASIS staff to update timestamp schema file name
and zip file)...

07-05-21-01: [Juan Carlos] : Action on Juan Carlos for updating the text
of the submission to express the idea to make use of free bridge
services, coordinated by the chairs.

Done.

07-05-21-02: [Juan Carlos] :Action on Juan Carlos, new version to be
submitted deadline (by Wednesday 23rd May)

Done.

6. Status of submission.

JC:
The new DSS-X charter submission was accepted by OASIS.
We are now in the two week comments period.
Suggest all to subscribe to the OASIS charter comments list here:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oasis-charter-discuss/
Propose a small group to monitor and coordinate reaction to comments.

Agreed comment group: Juan Carlos, Uri, Marta.

The next step is a conference call between OASIS and the DSS-X Convenor
(Juan Carlos) and optionally the other proposers.

7. Need for a new ad hoc meeting?

JC: Suggest we set a tentative ad-hoc meeting on 18th June 2007 at 12:00

Uri: What is the status of OASIS PR about DSS?
JC: Waiting for a quote from UPU, but should not delay anymore.

07-06-04-02: [Juan Carlos]: Ask OASIS to issue the DSS PR without
waiting for UPU quote.

Clemens: When should the contribution involving encryption in DSS be
made?
JC: Any actual technical contribution should wait until the DSS-X is
formally started.
Uri: Please check that the proposed DSS-X charter allows such a scope of
work and suggest an appropriate charter change if needed.
