Last version of the DSSX charter and disposition of comments

Dear all,

Please find attached:

1. Disposition of comments arrived to the circulated version of the charter.

2. A new version of the charter, which incorporates the changes stated 
in the disposition of comments.

I have submitted this material to the TC Administrator so that she may 
proceed according to the process defined in the TC Procedures
