Web(Browser) Signatures - Take II

Although WebCrypto++ ( https://mobilepki.org/WCPPSignatureDemo ) is cool I believe
that the number of things that need to be standardized would make it extremely difficult
(=impossible) to reach consensus for this proposal.

Due to that I have begun toiling with an entirely different approach which has the
advantages 1) it is very small. 2) a "predecessor" is already available in "Chrome":

Presumably it also fits DSS-X needs.
