DSS-X TC public page

Juan Carlos,

I would like to point out that the public page of the DSS-X TC is
actually empty of any meaningful contents.

This may reduce the chances that the people will be interested to
participate in our further work...
Is it possible to copy some of the text from the old DSS public page or
the new charter in order to populate the new DSS-X public page?
