RE: full majority vote rules applied to co-chiar election

Hi Juan Carlos,

  A Chair or Co-Chair must be elected by a full majority vote - which means
greater than 50% of the total voting membership. The ballot is showing the
number of eligible voters as 12, therefore a candidate would need to receive
a minimum of 7 votes to be elected.
