[dss-x] Initial Draft Contribution: DSS-X Visual Signatures Profile

Dear all,

I have sent an initial requirements specification for a Visible
Signatures Profile to the chairs of this TC.
The contribution will be uploaded as soon as I have all required
permissions to do so.
