Groups - Encryption Profile Working Draft v0.4 (encryption_profile_0.4.xsd) uploaded

I uploaded the last working draft (0.4) of the encryption profile, the
documentation (see http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dss-x/Clemens) is still
incomplete, further examples will be added.
