Message submitted to ETSI ESI Technical Officer for TSL ETSI TS XMLSchema file

Dear all,

I have submitted an email to the ETSI ESI Technical Officer requesting 
that the XML Schema file of ETSI TS on TSL is updated in a URL from 
where schema validators may automatically download it.

Will let you know how this issue progresses...
