DSS-X Signature Policy Profile balloted for CD

Dear Mary,

At the last DSS-X conf call, the TC balloted the "Signature Policy 
Profile" for CD and for going to the public domain for getting comments.

I attach a zip file containing: word, html and pdf document, as well as 
the xsd with the xml schema file.

One other question, could it be possible to add links to the CDs already 
approved by this TC in the public page of the TC, so that people could 
easily find them?
