and purpose to enable a validatebale verification reports schema.
The file hence has been renamed (this local copy) to
draft_ts102231v020101xsd_fixed.

The XML-schema for the Trust-Service Status list according to 
ETSI TS 102231 Version 2.1.1 has been distributed as attachment
of the standard document (in a file draft_ts102231v020101xsd.xsd,
which is included in a file ts_102231v020101p0.zip, which may be 
downloaded from the ETSI web site http://www.etsi.org/).
