Some material added to the cross-matrix wiki

Dear all,

I have managed to add some initial material in the cross-matrix wiki.

More specifically, I have created a table template for providing details 
of the interaction of two profiles. So far I have gone with SignRequest 
protocols interactions of AdES and Signature Policy Profile...

Could you please take a look so that we may comment at tomorrow's call?
