thanks for negotiating the possibilities to collaborate with ETSI regarding tests.
But for me the small time frame and the uasge fee are a complete no-go for such a testbed.
OASIS standards got such a good reputation and a widespread acceptance that it doesn't deserve a limited timeframe for a compliance verification.
Many intersted parties will not be able to meet the timeframe, will simply be to late with their implementation or don't have the funding for the test fee.
I will strongly recommend a test setup that will be available for a long time and is free for users.
Like the OASIS standars are !
