Hi Chet and Paul, I uploaded an updated package containing the merged html patches provided by the editor (Erns Jan).
Hopefully all is now smooth sailing.

For an example of the expected HTML format, the XLIFF work in http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.0/csprd02/ may be useful.
