OpenAPI 3 / Swagger 2 version of the core

Hi all,


after building an OpenAPI 3.0-conformant version of the new core spec I
had to realize that tool support for this (strongly promoted) version is
still unavailable.So I added generator-support for its predecessor
'Swagger 2'. Using this version a specification uploaded to SwaggerHub
enjoys the full tool set, e.g. an impressive set of langugaes supported
by the code generation facility.

My question to the TC is whether the provisioning of DSS-X artifacts is
considered as part of the TC's scope? Or should tasks that involve
support and maintenance be avoided? In the latter case trustable would
be happy to step in and take all the fame ;-)
