First draft of TC comment's on TS 119 442

Hi all, see attached my first draft of comments regarding ETSI's TS 119 442 .
STF 524 (producing the validation protocol and report) decided consider our responses in the 'public comments' phase.
But as we asked the STF to give feedback on DSS-X 2.0 asap I think it's fair to provide our comments on TS 119 442 in a timely manner.
